Trading Consistency Rules
To ensure sustainable trading behavior, certain account types are subject to consistency rules regarding daily profits. These rules do not result in an account breach, but they must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
1. Prime Plans (Simulated Funded Stage)
While there is no consistency rule during the Challenge Phase, a 40% Consistency Rule applies once you reach the Simulated Funded Stage.
The Rule: No single trading day’s profit can equal or exceed 40% of your total profit at the time of withdrawal.
Example: If your total profit is $10,000, but you earned $4,500 in a single day (45%), you cannot withdraw yet. You must continue trading and generate additional profits until that $4,500 day represents less than 40% of your total earnings.
2. Instant Funded Accounts
Because these accounts bypass the evaluation phase, they are subject to a 20% Consistency Rule from the start.
The Rule: A single trading session’s profit cannot exceed 20% of your total profits.
Scaling: This limit increases with each successful payout, scaling up to a maximum of 30%.
Exception: The 25k Instant Account is fixed; the consistency rule remains at 20% and does not scale.
3. Elite Accounts
For Elite Accounts, the consistency rule applies only during the Evaluation Phase.
Evaluation Phase: You must adhere to a 50% Consistency Rule. No single day's profit can exceed half of your total profit target.
Funded Stage: Once you move to the Funded Stage, the consistency rule is removed.
4. Custom Accounts
Custom Challenge Accounts follow the same consistency rules as Elite Accounts.
Evaluation Phase: A 50% Consistency Rule applies. No single trading day’s profit can exceed 50% of the total profit target.
Funded Stage: Once the account moves to the Funded Stage, the consistency rule is removed and no longer applies.

Instant Funded | N/A (Direct Funded) | 20% Rule (Scales to 30%*) |
