A trade counts as a scalp if it meets either condition:

Old Starter, Pro and Instant (bought before 24 Nov 2025) | Under 10 seconds | 5 points or less on NQ, or the equivalent |
What happens
Evaluation: if scalping profit is more than 50% of the profit target, the account can't be upgraded.
Funded: scalping is not a violation. Scalped profit is removed from your leftover profit/buffer. If it is larger than the remaining buffer, the account is breached.
New Instant: scalped profit doesn't count toward the payout profit goal.
