Hitting your DDL is a soft breach, not a hard breach. Your account is not closed.
Instead, your account is locked for the next 24 hours. You will be able to trade again after 24 hours.
In short:
DDL hit = account paused until the next 24 hours (soft breach)
EOD MLL hit = account permanently closed (hard breach)
