Open your Inventory, choose a card and press Use card. Cards that act on an account ask which account first; the apply screen only lists accounts the card can be used on. Read the card's scope first so you pick the right one.

Cards don't expire and can't be sold, traded or transferred.
Rule-changing cards, such as the Minimum Trading Days remover or the MLL Drawdown Buffer, work once per account.
Cards with several uses are spread across different accounts, one each.
If a card doesn't fit an account, nothing is lost: the card stays in your inventory.
One discount card per purchase, on top of the current dashboard code.
