Logging in to your trading platform

Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Deepchart and ATAS.

Tradovate and NinjaTrader

  1. In your dashboard, open the account and click Credentials.

  2. Copy your username and password.

  3. Click Tradovate Login (or NinjaTrader Login) and paste your details.

  4. When Tradovate asks for a mode, choose Simulation.

Deepchart

  1. Open Credentials in your dashboard and copy your login.

  2. Click Login to open the dxFeed login page and sign in.

  3. Sign the dxFeed Agreement at the top right.

  4. Download the platform or use Deepchart web. Your license key is shown there.

ATAS

  1. Register at atas.net/dxfeedprop and install ATAS from the link in the email.

  2. Log in with your ATAS details, which are separate from your FuturesElite login.

  3. Open Menu → Connections, disconnect any default connection, click + Add and choose dxFeedProp.

  4. Set Environment to Production, enter your FuturesElite credentials, then Connect and Apply.

If login fails

  • Check for extra spaces when pasting.

  • Reload the login page, reopen Credentials and copy again.

  • Still stuck? Contact Support.

Never share your login credentials, and log out after each session.
